Carlos Dominguez is the new President of New York City based Sprinklr.

"Sprinklr's software helps very large enterprises manage consumer experiences in social media," at least according to Wikipedia.

Also 5-months ago, The Wall Street Journal revealed that Sprinklr is moving towards an Initial Public Offering (IPO):

It appears Dominguez may have been planning his "escape" from Cisco for quite some time, as he's been a Sprinklr Board Director since September 2011 and his name is listed on the following Sprinklr SEC Form D venture financing filings:
