The Wall Street Journal reported that Cisco CEO John Chambers apologized to investors at Cisco's annual shareholders meeting today.

However, I believe its going to get ugly at Cisco!

And why do I believe that?

In my opinion, Cisco no longer has a customer focus.

Instead, Cisco's new focus is to evangelize how great John Chambers is and sell Cisco's customers on becoming devoted disciples of Chambers by remaking and reinventing their management styles as carbon copies of Cisco in order to become servile sycophants of John Chambers' greatness:
