Today in a bizarre national security twist, the North Carolina Court of Appeals has ordered a new murder trial for former Cisco employee, Brad Cooper , convicted 2-years ago of 1st degree murder.

This week former Cisco VoIP architect and Research Triangle Park employee, CCIE Voice #13747 Brad Cooper , appealed his first degree murder conviction with a 47-page appellate defense brief .
Back on July 25, 2008 Cisco's office R3-317 in Building 9 at 7100 Kit Creek Road, Morrisville, NC was served with a 2-page search warrant during the homicide investigation of Nancy Cooper, Brad's wife whose body had been found strangled and left to rot in a drainage ditch not far from the Cooper family home.
