LANWANprofessional.com seeks bargain fee of only $28K plus $1.9K in upfront exam fees for its Cisco training

More than 2 years ago, I blogged about how LANWANprofessional.com was charging $95.00 to apply for its Cisco internships.
Well, they're back and in a new Craigslist Seattle job advertisement (see the below screenshot), LANWANprofessional.com is now seeking to charge Cisco interns the bargain fee of only $28,000 for its Cisco training:
Thankfully below, LANWANprofessional.com provides an overview of the more than $28K in Cisco training costs that its interns will pay it.
Raising a giant red flag about its offer, the last sentence in the screenshot above requires Cisco interns to pay LANWANprofessional.com upfront exam fees of $1,900.00 .
However in my personal opinion, it's an especially giant red flag because the price list of Cisco's exam testing center, Pearson Vue , is so economically priced by comparison.
So if its Cisco exam fees appear overpriced, does that mean that its Cisco training appears overpriced too?

What's your take, at $28K and $1.9K in upfront exam fees, is LANWANprofessional.com offering a bargain for its Cisco training?
