Reggie Grant has updated his list of Cisco Smartnet service level acronyms.

An example would be for a WS-C3560G-24TS-S / CON-SNT-3560GTS / SNT level

Change to Onsite — 8x5xnbd and the part number is CON-OS-3560GTS
