Cisco has cut 62 employees in Santa Clara, 79 employees in Rancho Cordova, 87 employees in Irvine, 178 employees in San Francisco and 1,044 employees in San Jose.
For those Cisco WebEx and collaboration employees coming back from summer vacation tomorrow, many will find themselves out of a job.
Below are the entire lists (List #1 and List #2) of the 1,826 Cisco WebEx and collaboration employees whose last day of employment at Cisco will be August 19, 2011:
*The 132 employees identified above in List #1 reflects the job titles and ages of all individuals to whom Cisco is offering separation benefits in exchange for a release of claims in conjunction with the reorganization of the COLLABORATION Group. All employees identified as covered by the program in List #1 may not actually continue to be covered by this program (which depends on an expected termination of their employment with Cisco) because they are eligible to apply to posted positions within Cisco and, if best qualified, may be selected for such an alternative position.
**The 1,694 employees indentified above in List #2 reflects the job titles and ages of all individuals to whom Cisco did not offer separation benefits in exchange for a release of claims but who were in the same job classification or organizational unit as any individual covered by the program.
