Cisco's Randy Pond slams U.S. suppliers while favoring suppliers overseas

Last April, it was reported that Randy Pond - Cisco's executive vice president of operations, processes, and systems was fixing Cisco's broken supply chain problems.
Amazingly in my opinion, it now appears that one of Randy Pond's fixes was to slam Cisco's U.S. suppliers while favoring suppliers overseas!
How so?
Well for instance, Cisco currently gives better payment terms, Net 30, to some of its overseas suppliers which makes sense given 75% of Cisco's new job creation during its Fiscal Year 2010 were in locations outside the United States.
And so what are Cisco's payment terms for its U.S. suppliers?
An onerous Net 60
Hopefully, President Obama and our representatives in Congress are paying attention to Cisco's actions.
