Meaningless nonsensical Internet of Everything driving Cisco's sales straight into the ground
Even though Chambers repeatedly mentioned 16-different times, "The Internet of Everything," not a single Wall Street analyst cared enough to ask a single question about "The Internet of Everything" during the entire earnings conference call Q & A.
During Cisco's 1-hour Q2'FY14 earnings conference call, Cisco CEO John Chambers repeatedly mentioned 16-different times in his script the totally meaningless and nonsensical:
The Internet of Everything
I was embarrassed for Chambers as he labored so painfully without having even a single clue as to what he was actually saying with his script, for example:
"With the network squarely at the center, we are building the platform for the Internet of Everything with scale and security to address the unparalleled complex the requirements."
Say what?
I mean, without comedian Sarah Silverman at his side to make him look good, Chambers demonstrated during the call that he did not write his own script, nor did Chambers practice reading his script before making the call.
Listeners could easily tell by Chambers' uncharacteristically wooden and detached tone of voice that he not only did NOT believe a word of his script, he actually had NO clue as to what his script was actually saying.
How so?
Well, even though Chambers repeatedly mentioned 16-different times, "The Internet of Everything," not a single Wall Street analyst cared enough to ask a single question about "The Internet of Everything" during the entire earnings conference call Q & A.
