Cisco's customers are being sued for using Cisco's products

A Canadian research consortium is making Cisco CEO John Chambers look foolish in declaring Canada the #1 country in the world to do business!

Only 3-months ago at the 18-second time mark in the below video, Cisco CEO John Chambers' bragged to television talk show host, Charlie Rose, that Canada is the #1 country in the world to do business:
 

On June 26, 2012 Cisco filed a 14-page legal brief demanding a jury trial against TR Labs, a Canadian research consortium that is partnered with 8 Canadian Universities (at the 32-second time mark in the above video, Chambers' bragged about the Canadian education system) and is also partnered with 4 Canadian government departments and agencies.

According to Cisco's legal brief, a research consortium existing under the laws of Canada, TR Labs, is suing Cisco's customers for using Cisco's ONS 15454 and CRS-1 products.

Here's my take on the many pronouncements of Cisco CEO John Chambers:
