Rumor former Hershey CEO Dave West advising Mondelez acquisition of The Hershey Company

Recently former Hershey CEO Dave West was appointed a Partner at Centerview and I find it interesting that within months of his appointment, Centerview client Mondelez made an offer to acquire The Hershey Company.
 

So why do I find this interesting?
 

Because it's the same Dave West who as Hershey CEO killed Hershey's acquisition of Cadbury (now Mondelez)
 

According to Centerview's website, Centerview has been the exclusive financial advisor to Mondelez International on 41.3 billion in transactions.
