How so?
Well, Kandlikar declared:
"Cisco CPE market share - falling to zero, meanwhile... Microsoft grows 600% in 18 months"
Refreshingly (at least in my opinion), on page 11 Raj Kandlikar owns up to the fact that the "culprit" isn't Microsoft, its Cisco:
