There's a new rumor that the ethically challenged Cisco has become so desparate over its severely broken and porous worldwide product distribution channel, its given the "greenlight" to San Francisco attorney, Richard J. Nelson, to sue the world's most elite Cisco dealers on what appear to be "totally bogus legal grounds" that also appear to be made-up and concocted by Nelson in order for him to extract huge legal fees from Cisco.
According to Cisco's most recent Form 10-K, the ethically challenged Cisco faces $3.389 billion in legal penalties just in Brazil alone because of its severely broken and porous worldwide product distribution channel, not to mention what appears to be numerous unreported SEC investigations that Cisco has apparently failed to report to its shareholders.
As Cisco begins its lawsuits, here's what could be exposed:
San Jose Mercury News:
San Jose State's costly high-tech upgrade with Cisco faces setbacks, questions
"An investigation by this newspaper shows the project was crafted largely in secret, purchased without competitive bids and adorned with pricey gadgets that many professors may not even use."
