Cisco's trademarks are thriving as third-party domain names

Cisco's general counsel - Mark Chandler likes to brag that he has successfully offshored/outsourced most of Cisco's legal department.
Meanwhile, third-party domain names that incorporate Cisco's trademarks are thriving.
So why am I finding this fascinating?
Well, because most revealingly (at least in my opinion), Cisco's trademark policy officially states:
"Do not register or use any domain name that incorporates any Cisco mark or name."
Earlier this week, I blogged that the notorious CCIE Agent™ recruiting trademark has been abandoned for more than 2-years.
Nonetheless, the individual above whose notorious CCIE Agent™ recruiting trademark was refused by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (refused because Cisco already owns the CCIE® trademark), has gone on to build over the past 2-years a third-party domain name empire that incorporates one of Cisco's most valuable trademarks:
