Then earlier this week, Cisco's Senior Director of Corporate Communications, David McCulloch, participated in a stunning Washington Post article that revealed Cisco paid up to $5.535 million to the Clintons.
According to the Washington Post, Cisco directly paid to the Clinton Foundation up to $5 million.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the Washington Post also revealed that Cisco paid Bill Clinton $210,000 while his wife was the U.S. Secretary of State and that Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has been seeking to help John Chambers achieve an overseas tax holiday:
"She expressed interest in an idea proposed by Chambers... To allow companies to bring profits invested overseas back to the United States at a reduced tax rate... It doesn't do our economy any good to have this money parked somewhere else in the world."
