Update 5/12/2014 - 11:37am:
"I am extremely pleased to announce Yvette Kanouff is joining Cisco to become leader of our service provider Video Software and Solutions (SPVSS) organization, the home of Cisco's Videoscape software and solutions for pay-TV service providers and media and entertainment companies."

It appears the head of Cisco's highly touted but underperforming Videoscape business unit, Jesper Andersen, has been guillotined.
How so?
Well, Andersen's executive profile has mysteriously disappeared from Cisco's famous Mount Rushmore, even though according to Cisco's official list, Andersen had 8,464 direct reports.
In the below video, Jesper Andersen does a good job describing the launch of Cisco's videoscape unity during CES 2013:
Jesper Andersen's Videoscape sales are reported under Cisco's SP Video sales which have had 3-consecutive quarters in a row of declining sales.

Although Cisco has declined to confirm it, Multichannel News is reporting that Cablevision EVP, Yvette Kanouff, will replace Jesper Andersen at Cisco:
"Yvette Kanouff, one of the most recognized and regarded engineering execs in the cable industry, is leaving Cablevision Systems to take on a key role at Cisco Systems, multiple sources familiar with the move told Multichannel News."
Perhaps ominously for Cisco's shareholders, it appears that Kanouff was previously forced out as the President of the cable video vendor, SeaChange International.
In the below video, Yvette Kanouff describes the multi-screen environment for cable operators:
