Earlier today the following "testy" email exchange occurred between CCIE training powerhouse, iPexpert, and a Dual Cisco CCIE (who ended up being "fired" as a customer by iPexpert).
Original email addressed to iPexpert sent by Dual CCIE #41361 (R/S,SP), Eugene McCall, with regard to iPexpert's promo-code coupon:
